Our challenge in Afghanistan

As a follow-up to Clint’s post yesterday about Afghanistan, I’d like to note that our own government estimates that there are only about 100 al Qaeda operatives in Afghanistan and only about 300 in neighboring Pakistan. Just so you know, we have somewhere around 100,000 of our troops in Afghanistan. Let that sink in.
