Masters of the Universe

I cast one long Marxist gaze at this New York Times article, and I found the universe aligned with Karl’s historical straight edge.

In the opening paragraph, the writers explain that Obama wants the financial industry to accept new government regulations aimed at preventing a repeat crisis. The president’s push follows recent news that the financial Masters of the Universe have changed their ways precious little since last September, when their uber-Capitalist greed deflated the nation’s economy.
